CAPITAL Foundation was a Community Sponsor of this research project from Professor Tim Fong and Professor Greg Kim-Ju. The two created a first of its kind comprehensive look at the status of Asian and Pacific Islander American ethnic groups in the city of Sacramento based on analysis of the 2000 Census statistics and other data sources.
